Discounted airport transfers
If you're flying to Geneva as part of your journey to Morzine, we can offer reduced rate flexible airport transfers through our recommended transfer company – Skiidy Gonzales.

How to book your airport transfers
(Book these well in advance should you be staying during any of the winter school holidays).
- Head to the Pure Morzine client page on the Skiidy Gonzales website.
- Select the dates of your stay and number of guests.
- Choose your type of transfer (shared or private) - Our 10% discount will be automatically applied.
- Select your Pure Morzine accommodation from the drop down menu as your drop off location.
- Complete the rest of the booking form.

Option 1. You can reserve your equipment directly with us and visit one of the Caribou Sport ski shops in the centre of resort to have your equipment fitted by one of their ski technicians. You'll have priority service and access to our exclusive ski lockers/heated boot driers (where you can leave all your kit!)
Caribou ski shop 1: located a stone's throw from the tourist office square and the Pleney slopes/ski lifts - ideal if you are skiing in the Morzine-Les Gets area and if you take lessons with the ESF Morzine ski school or have children in the nursery of Piou-Piou.
Closest free resort shuttle bus stop: Pleney
Caribou ski shop 2: also located in the center, a one minute walk from the main Super-Morzine ski lift which gives you access to the Avoriaz area and the rest of the Portes du Soleil.
Closest free resort shuttle bus stop: Petrol station roundabout
Option 2. You can be kitted out directly in your chalet/apartment with Caribou's free delivery service. A ski technician will bring all your equipment upon your arrival and fit it for you.
You'll also have access to our exclusive ski lockers/heated boot dryers at the Caribou Sports ski shops (where you can leave all your kit!).
We strongly recommend this option for the following properties: Apartment Vigneron, Marssie Lodge, Morz'na Lodge, Chalet Marie, Chalet Bech'na, Chalet JJ, Chalet Forclettes.

Tavernier Sports have been renting skis and snowboards to Morzine’s tourists for over 30 years. With a refurbished shop, excellent service and all equipment being refreshed regularly you'll find it a very easy and profesional experience.

Exclusive 10% discount on winter 2023/24 ski passes
We offer our guests discounted ski passes for both the full Portes du Soleil and the local Morzine-Les Gets ski areas for 3 to 14 days.
Our discounts start for passes of 4 days or more and savings are calculated when compared to the standard online prices.
Ordering lift passes through us is not only cheaper, but they will also be waiting for you in your accommodation when you arrive so you don't need to queue up at the lift pass office!
Finally, our prices include the obligatory hands-free pass for free. This usually costs €3.

A 6 day Portes du Soleil pass will allow you to ski the world’s largest ski area boasting 650km of piste (and limitless off-piste) featuring the resorts of Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Chatel as well as the Swiss villages.

These prices include the obligatory hands-free pass free-of-charge (this usually costs €3). Under 5s ski for free but need a hands-free pass.
Kids ski for free - from the 30th March
We will offer a free child's PDS ski pass with each adult PDS ski pass of 5 days or more purchased with us. That's a saving of €197 euros per child!
>NOTE: The free ski pass is for children up to 11 years old only. Ski passes for children aged 12-15 are priced as above.
Morzine-Les Gets
A 6 day Morzine-Les Gets pass allows you to ski in the Morzine and Les Gets ski areas only. This is enough for some beginners or casual skiers but we don't recommend this pass if you're a keen skier.
A word of warning
If you initially buy a 6 day Morzine-Les Gets ski pass but then want to ski in the rest of the Portes du Soleil area, it is not possible to upgrade your pass. Instead you would have to buy a separate lift pass for the full area. Doing this – even for one day – actually works out more expensive than buying our discounted 6 day Portes du Soleil ski pass.

How to book your gourmet meal delivery
- Click on the link below to access the dedicated booking page.
- Select your order from the Bon Appetit menus. Once you have chosen your meals, confirm by entering your details and proceed to payment.
- Once the order is placed, it will be prepared and delivered directly to your property on the day you desire.
- Then…. just head out for the day's adventures on the slopes. No need to rush back from après-ski. Relax and keep your own timetable each evening. Your dinner is ready and waiting in the fridge/freezer. When you get back just pop your meal straight in the oven or microwave, serve and enjoy!
How to book our premium catered package with private chef
- Email Sarah at Spoony Cooks to book your Pure Morzine exclusive menu
- You will need to include the dates of your stay and the name of your apartment or chalet
- Sarah will confirm the deposit amount to be paid directly to Spoony Cooks to secure your reservation.
- Contact Pure Morzine to confirm you've booked the Premium package and to arrange your mid-stay clean*.
*Please note that a mid-stay clean is compulsory when booking the Premium catered package.

Childcare
If you’re a young family then good childcare can be key to everyone having a great ski or summer holiday. Knowing that your children are cared for in a safe and happy environment is priceless.
We have relationships with the best childcare providers in Morzine and can – depending on your needs – provide options for nannies, ski schools combined with childcare, or babysitting services.
Pre-booking for all childcare is essential and we recommend enquiring early to make sure your needs are met.
L'Outa Creche (by the Morzine Tourist Office)
Operated by Morzine's tourist office, the L'Outa creche offers flexible childcare options for children between 3 months and three years.
With a large team of qualified childcarers you can book half days, single days and full weeks. They provide childcare in both winter and summer. For more information, visit the L'Outa website.
Cheeky Monkeys Childcare
Cheeky Monkeys has been providing high quality childcare services to families on holiday in Morzine since 2005.
They employ a large team of experienced nannies to provide a range of flexible childcare options: Whether you need a private nanny for a day, babysitting services for an evening, or simply somebody to pick up the kids from ski school and give them lunch.

Founded by qualified paediatric nurse and mum of two, Helen Barnett, Morzine Kids offers high quality, professional childcare in Morzine.

Piou-Piou Club
Run by the ESF ski school, the Piou-Piou kids club is for children enrolled in ESF ski-lessons and complements ski school by providing pre and post ski school fun and games for children aged 3-14 years.
You'll find the Piou Piou kids club located opposite the ESF office at the bottom of the Pleney. Mornings, afternoons and full day slots are available, and meals can be provided.

How to book your Multi Pass
You'll need to order the Multi Pass directly through us to get the cheaper rate of €3 per day per person and this must be for the entire duration of your booking (i.e. a 6 day pass starting the day after you arrive, you can also start the pass from the day you arrive if you have an early arrival and/or add the day you leave if you have a late departure).
Note: Buying the pass directly at the lift pass office in resort will cost €14 per day per person.

How to book your MTB rental
1. Go to the Caribou Sport - MTB Rental Morzine website.
2. Select your equipment.
The price of a bike rental includes in addition to the bike, protections, a daily washing of the bike (carried out by them), a daily check of the bike as well as guarding of it if necessary.
