Not all apartments are made equal…and Apartment Montana 4 demonstrates this perfectly. Set over two floors, with a double height, open plan living area, it is oozing with space and character. Forget about nights crammed onto the sofa, or tucking yourself into bed next to three generations of your family; here you have all the space you could need. Whether it’s kicking back on the sofa to watch Netflix on the Ultra HD TV, or sitting down to breakfast around the six person dining table, there is room for everyone.
But you won’t be limited to just breakfast in this apartment; with a fully equipped, modern kitchen the culinary sky's the limit. And once you’ve finished cooking don’t worry about the clean up, the dishwasher has it covered so that you can enjoy a nice after dinner cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine (or perhaps just open up that other bottle of wine).
If cooking isn’t your thing, or you just fancy a break on your holidays, you needn’t worry about having to go too far to be fed and watered. Cross the road and you have a choice of not one but two of Morzine’s most popular restaurants, two minutes further and you’re in the main tourist office square, and a further five minutes and you’ve covered pretty much all of the bars, restaurants and shops that Morzine has to offer.
And the location isn’t just great if you want to eat out or have a night on the tiles; when it comes to skiing you have the Pléney lift within a 3 minute walk and Super Morzine within 4 minutes. In short, the Portes du Soleil is at your fingertips. And with the ski rental shops just a short walk away, and your own ski locker and boot dryers in the building, you’ll be out on the slopes before most people have even got on the ski bus.
At the end of a long day, slump off to one of the spacious bedrooms. The family-sized room can be made up as a king sized bed and single, or three singles, and the split level means that everyone has a space to call their own. The second bedroom can be made as a king sized bed or twin. With en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms, there will be no queues for the shower in the morning.
Decent amounts of storage in all rooms mean ample space for stashing your stuff — although there’s a washing machine and tumble dryer if you’d rather pack light.
If you’re planning on driving, there is private underground parking at the property, and if you’re coming in the summer and want to bring your bikes, there is secure bike storage and bike wash facilities.
If you’re travelling as a larger group, it’s worth knowing that there are several other Montana apartments within the same building (Apartment Montana 1 and Apartment Montana 2) that can sleep a total of 29 people in all.
