Hidden at the end of a quiet street, the apartment feels wonderfully private and secluded, yet you’re just minutes from the resort’s shops, restaurants and ski lifts.

Getting out into the mountains couldn’t be easier. The Super Morzine Télécabine is just a four-minute walk away, providing quick access towards Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil. The Pleney Télécabine is around five minutes further on, whisking you straight up into the Morzine-Les Gets ski area.

And if you’d rather not tackle the walk in ski boots, the free resort shuttle stops right at the end of the road, making it easy to reach the lifts and explore everything the resort has to offer.

Inside, Apartment Petit Champ combines modern Alpine style with cosy, welcoming touches, creating a comfortable home-from-home for a week or two in the mountains. Thoughtfully designed throughout, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you’re here to ski, cycle or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The entrance hall makes clever use of the space, with a discreetly hidden washing machine and storage for your outdoor jackets.

From here, you’ll find three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms share a larger family bathroom. One is a comfortable double bedroom, while the other is a charming cabine room with full size bunk beds — ideal for two adults or younger children alike.

Beyond the bedrooms, you’ll find a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped to Pure Morzine standards, of course. There’s a large, wonderfully comfortable sofa, a generous dining area and huge sliding doors that open straight onto the apartment’s real showstopper: the terrace and garden.

Nestled at the back of the building, the outdoor space offers a lovely sense of privacy, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy it. In the warmer months, it’s the perfect place for long lunches and al fresco dinners, lazy afternoons in the sunshine or a relaxing soak in the hot tub while taking in the surrounding mountain views.

The terrace is just as appealing in winter. After a day on the slopes, you can sink into the sofa with a well-earned après drink, watch a favourite film on the TV, or simply sit back and enjoy the view across the garden as the mountains settle into the evening.

For those practical mountain essentials, the apartment also has a private ski locker with boot dryers, so there’s no need to start the day with cold, soggy boots. There’s a tumble dryer in the private cave, which also provides secure bike storage during the summer months — ideal for cyclists looking to make the most of the Portes du Soleil.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Can be made up with either a king-sized bed or two single beds, and has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.
Bedroom 2: Can be made up with either a king-sized bed or two single beds, and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: This is a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2. Please note that this is a cabin bedroom (no window).

Accessibility
Apartment Petit Champ is situated on the ground floor of a new building containing several apartments. There are steps up to the entrance of the building, as well as a lift for wheelchair users.

The apartment has comes with three off-road parking spaces, one covered and two uncovered.
